What is IRT®?
IRT® is a structured leadership development journey in four levels: Discovery, Consolidation, Influence and Transformation. It helps leaders make decisions that match their values, and create lasting impact in their teams and organisations.
What is the Leadership Snapshot®?
The Leadership Snapshot® is the assessment that opens the IRT® journey. It looks at 17 essential leadership competencies and gives you your leadership profile, the level you are at today, and recommendations made for your next step.
What does the Leadership Snapshot® measure?
The 17 competencies in the Leadership Snapshot® are grouped into three dimensions: Identity, Relationship and Transformation. Your result shows all three side by side, with your percentage in each, so you can see where you are strongest and where there is room to grow.
Who is IRT® for?
IRT® is built for two moments. For people who have recently started leading colleagues who were peers yesterday, and are still finding their own way to do it. And for people who have led for years, already have the results, and want to decide what kind of leader they will be for the next decade.
Do I need previous leadership experience?
No. Discovery, the first level of the IRT® journey, exists precisely to establish where you are starting from, wherever that is. Everything after it is built on that result.
How often can I retake the Leadership Snapshot®?
The IRT® cycle runs for six months, and reassessment opens at the end of it. The interval is deliberate: comparing two results is only useful if the difference reflects real development rather than the normal variation between one day and the next.
Is IRT® a training course?
More than training. A journey of transformation. A course delivers content and ends; IRT® stays with you across a six-month cycle, with missions between assessments and a reassessment at the end to compare against where you started. The Leadership Snapshot® is not an exam: there is no pass mark, because what it measures is where you are today.
What happens after the Leadership Snapshot®?
You get your leadership profile and your PDF report, and the result is kept on the platform. From there the cycle opens: the missions for your level, your progress over time, and reassessment after six months so you can compare against where you started.
